INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Tours including travel outside the United States (including Canada) will require a valid passport. Your passport’s expiration date must be at least six months after your return from your trip; if it is not, you should renew your passport.  For more information, go to: www.travel.state.gov (Link will open in a new browser window and is not a part of this site).  It is critically important that the names on your registration and air tickets are identical to your passport.  You may be denied boarding or incur additional fees. You are responsible to have a valid passport, required visa(s), and necessary immunizations.

You are encouraged to check the State Department travel advisories webpage at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html.  You are also encouraged to review the Centers for Disease Control site at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list.

CANCELLATION

Optional travel protection is available and highly recommended. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to our Norfolk, NE office. Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. No verbal refund requests will be honored.  Deposits are non-refundable.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees which may also include airline fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip. If your travel companion cancels and you are unable to secure another traveler, you will be considered a single traveler and subject to the single supplement charge. This may be a covered reason under certain travel protection coverage. Please refer to your specific plan for details.

Cancellation penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any.  No refunds will be made within 30 days of your departure or after commencement of your tour, whether for early termination, voluntary absence from the tour or for any unused services. Your decision not to travel due to State Department warnings, fear of travel, illness, or any other reason, will be deemed a cancellation. If a flight or other delay for any reason causes you to miss services, no refunds will be given.

Extra Touch Tours is not a licensed professional insurance agency so please review the coverage and terms offered before purchasing travel protection. Travel protection claims are paid at the sole discretion of the travel protection company. Premium refunds or deferels for cancelled trips are subject to their policies.

CLOTHING

We suggest comfortable, casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Layered clothing is suggested for various types of weather. Umbrellas and rain gear are encouraged.  We will inform you of any dress up occasions. Many hotels have swimming pools, so you may wish to bring your swimming suit.

DEVOTIONAL

A meditation or Christian devotional is given at the beginning of each day. Optional brief Christian worship times are offered on Sundays while touring if space and itineraries allow. Extra Touch Tours does not discriminate, all are welcome. If modest displays of Christian faith are disturbing to you or make you uncomfortable we wanted you to be aware they will be present.

LUGGAGE

You may bring one suitcase and one carry-on.  For your convenience, we suggest traveling light.  Luggage handling of one bag per person is provided for many of our tours.  Most airlines do charge a luggage handling fee payable at the airport and these are not included in the cost of your tour.  Check weight and size limitations with the specific airlines included in your tour.

Social Media and Image Usage

Extra Touch Tours uses Social Media on trips such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.  Our travelers generally enjoy sharing their experience with friends and family back home.  If for any reason you prefer we did not include you on posts, please inform us in advance of the trip.  Extra Touch Tours will do the best we can to respect those wishes, but because you will be part of a greater group, you may inadvertently be included.  By traveling with Extra Touch Tours you accept our policy of utilizing social media and hold us harmless from any and all damages.  Travelers agree to allow Extra Touch Tours to use all images for current and future promotion including electronic and print advertising.
